FOLA Hosts Thank You Program For Laurelwood Volunteers

More than 45 Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum (FOLA) volunteers gathered at the Knippenberg Center for Education for a special end-of-season thank you program. Executive Director Elaine Fogerty presented a lecture on “Putting Your Garden to Bed,” which focused on end-of-season tasks. Horticultural Manager Joan Scott-Miller demonstrated tool sharpening using a stone. And Tony Molinari, a Rutgers Master Gardener, sharpened gardening tools for the volunteers.
