Registration for wedding ceremonies and professional photography shoots, i.e., photographer is being paid for the shoot, is required through Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum. Professional photographers can obtain annual permits as well as permits for one-time photography shoots.
Professional Photography Shoots
Fees:
- Annual Permit (excluding wedding photography): $195/calendar year
- Wedding Shoots and other Single Shoots: $100
- Commercial Photography: $150/hour
Motorized vehicles driven by a Laurelwood volunteer are available from April
through October for an additional cost of $75 per cart for up to 2 hours. Each
vehicle holds up to 5 visitors.

Wedding Ceremonies
Wedding ceremonies are limited to 25 or fewer guests.
A permit fee of $350 includes a motorized cart with driver for up to 2 hours (carts
are available April through October) as well as a one-year complimentary membership to Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum.
Laurelwood Arboretum does not supply chairs or other equipment.

If there is professional photography at the wedding ceremony, then a Professional Photography Permit is also required at a cost of $100.
