Artist Arline Lowe will be offering two series of drawing/sketching classes for adults (over 18), sponsored by Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum. All classes will be held on Mondays from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Series #1 will be on June 6, 13 and 20. Series #2 will be on July 11, 18 and 25. Classes will meet in the Knippenberg Center for Education.
The fee for each series is $30 for members of Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum and $40 for nonmembers. Class size is limited to 12, so early registration at www.laurelwoodarboretum.org is recommended. Arline Lowe retired recently from her position as an associate professor of art at Seton Hall University. Her work has been exhibited widely in the metropolitan area and includes a solo exhibit at the Phoenix Gallery in New York City.
